As the President of Energios Maritime Inc., Ms Abigael Ang is responsible for the protection of the rights and welfare of Filipino Seafarers and their families. With over two decades of experience in crew and ship management in Singapore and Manila combined with four years of sailing with Disney Cruise Line, Ms. Ang has effectively led numerous initiatives aimed at enhancing the efficiency of the company's recruitment and crewing activities, human resources management, quality assurance, and financial management.

Ms. Ang is deeply committed to fostering a culture of safety among her colleagues both at sea and onshore. Her single-minded focus is to bring back the seafarer safely home to their family after a successful tenure on board.

As a strong advocate of attracting more women to the seafaring profession, Ms. Ang harbours an ambition to manage a ship with a full crew of women one day.
